On your mark, get set, GO! Here at COS Summer Camp, you're in
for a summer packed with action! Each week of camp, we'll learn about fun ways
to achieve a healthy body, healthy mind, and healthy spirit! From sports, dance
and fitness, health and safety, healthy cooking, character building, Bible study,
and more, we'll be staying active, living strong, and getting fit for Jesus!

Non-refundable $160.00 due
with application
1) Pay in full by 5/31/2011 and receive a 10% discount. Total
after discount $1,440.00
2) Make 10 weekly payments of $160.00 beginning June
13, 2011. "You must commit to 10 full weeks of payments". Open
